About the BMW C 650 GT Highline

Powered by a water cooled 647.00cc two cylinder four stroke engine, outputting 60bhp.

If you are considering the GT you might also find the C evolution interesting.

Improvements over the previous model GT include a revised engine mapping, CVT gearbox, clutch and silencer. There are also further changes to the design, suspension and centre stand set-up.

The under seat can take two full face helmets and the left of the two glove boxes contains a 12v socket.

This bike is aimed at touring and comfort when compared to the C650 Sport which is 12kg lighter and has a 5mm lower seat.

Driver aids include central LED "way home" lights which stay on for a while after the bike is switched off. The pillion also gets real footboards for additional comfort while you get enhanced wind protection from the taller and electrically adjustable screen (manual on the sports).

Optional extras include a lower seat, alarm, auto-switching daytime running light, heated grips, top box, tinted windscreen, pillion backrest and LED indicators. Unique to the GT is an optional Side View Assist which monitors your blind spots with ultrasound sensors and shows warning triangles on the mirror stalks to alert you.

The Highline comes with heated grips, heated seat and tyre pressure control.
